HOW DO I GET MY HANDS ON A PAIR OF SHOOSHOOS™
Once you've found the Shooshoos™ you want, pick your size and the number of pairs then click the 'ADD TO CART' button

You'll see a message pop up with two options - keep shopping if you like, or see what's in your cart and head straight to the checkout.

You can always keep track of what's in your cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' at the top right hand side of the page. If you want to remove an item, click the 'X BUTTON'.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER SHOOSHOOS™
Nope - you can checkout as a guest. We're friendly like that.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have received an email stating that your order has been received, then it is currently being processed. The parcel can be tracked using the link provided in the confirmation email you received on successful completion of your checkout and payment.

If you have not received a dispatch email and more than two working days have passed since you placed an order, please get in touch with us and we will investigate this as soon as we can.

If you have ordered and selected EFT as your payment option please make sure you have sent us the proof of payment. Your order will only be processed once this proof has been received.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
On successful completion of your checkout and payment you will receive a confirmation email stipulating your order and delivery details. This is an automated confirmation email.
How will my Shooshoos™ be packaged?
Each pair of Shooshoos will arrive in a clear branded Shooshoos™ bag.
Is my personal information kept private?
Rest assured, your personal information is kept absolutely confidential and is only used in the processing of your order. Shooshoos.com does not save or store any of your credit card details at any time.

The item I brought is now on sale, can you refund me?
Unfortunately not - It is very difficult for us to know if and when a particular item will go on sale and its impossible for us to know when you might purchase. Please refer to our payment and pricing policy in our terms and conditions.
Can I order via email/fax/phone?
You can only order online via our online shop. Due to security reasons we do not accept orders via telephone, fax or e-mail.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I have placed my order?
Our dedicated customer service team will contact you shortly after your order is complete to inform you of any ‘out-of-stock’ situations. You have the option of a product ‘swap-out’ or opt for a full refund.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHOOSHOOS™?
We make our Shooshoos™ by hand, which is also the best way to take care of them...

SOFT SOLES
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. However if washing is needed, hand wash with love & care in cold water with a mild detergent. Shape correctly and dry in the shade. Shoos may be stiff initially but should soften with wear.
TODDLER FLEXI SOLES
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent and leave to dry in the shade. Do not put in the washing machine.
