Returns & Exchanges Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you purchased your shoes from our website and
wish to exchange them, we will be happy to do so within 30 days of receipt. No
returns beyond 30 days will be accepted. Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

To process your return request please visit the Returns and Exchanges Centre and follow the steps. Please note there is a $5.00 charge on all returns. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount that is approved. A return shipping label will be emailed to you after your return request is approved.

We only accept exchanges and returns on items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your Shooshoos™ from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance.

No returns on Black Friday promo orders. 

EXCHANGES

We will accept any exchanges on item(s) provided the item is returned new (unworn) and in original packaging including tags. Products that are not in the original state will not be accepted.

Please note there is a $10.00 charge on all exchanges. This charge allows us to
provide you with an efficient and seamless exchange process. To process your exchange request please visit the Returns and Exchanges Centre and follow the steps.

NB Our Returns and Exchanges Centre only offers the option to exchange the same product for a different size. If you would like to exchange for a different product please select the return option and either select store credit or refund in order to make a new purchase. 

A shipping label will be emailed to you after your exchange request is approved.

Black Friday promo orders will be exchanged if possible. If we cannot fulfil your exchange an online voucher code will be issued to the value of your order, excluding shipping costs.

REFUNDS

If the damaged item is due to a manufacturing fault or defect, you may opt to have the product replaced in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you. If no product replacement is wanted a refund will be initiated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as
faulty.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
