Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you purchased your shoes from our website and wish to exchange them, we will be happy to do so within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept exchanges and returns on items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your Shooshoos™ from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance.
Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
To complete your return, please send us a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will accept any exchanges on item(s) provided the item is returned new (unworn) and in original packaging including tags. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.
Where possible items will be repaired or replaced with the same product in the same size and colors, subject to availability. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be given. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
If the damaged item is due to a factory fault, we will replace the item in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Please note that you are responsible for all postage fees. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the postage fees to you.
