    Amazing shoes delivered in horrendous packaging!

    I recently purchased a pair of Shooshoos for my niece’s first birthday. It was delivered in a terrible state - logic totally failed the warehouse/store/dispatcher, as a beautiful (soft) box of shoes was placed in a courier bag - no protection/reinforcement at all. Needless to say, the box got crushed. I immediately informed Customer Service, but was not assisted with real sympathy or resolutions to my issue. Just a “sorry, the warehouse cannot assist and here is 10% off your next order.” That won’t happen again. I’ve been an avid supporter of your brand for 8 years, but will not buy from you again. Truly, very disappointed.
